- Stems flattened, with slightly undulating edges, acrotonically branching, forming chains of 80-100 cm long. Primary stems up to 25 cm long, round or winged. Secundary stems 10-15 cm long, 2.5-4.5 cm wide. Flowers ±11 mm long, yellowish, outer petals darker. Stamens white. Stigmas red. Fruit ±5-6 mm long, 5 mm diameter, pink, magenta or red. Seeds black.
